When people say there site will be down for maintenance whats all this about. Do i need to do maintenance on mine and what do they mean exactly.

nope, shell easyphpbb will do maintenece, usless you host your own site....
so there is nothing to worry about

Yup,
U dnt need to worry abt maintainence here on EasyPHPBB. Everything is taken care of.
Maintainence generally means they are doing some modifications, taking backup or messing up wid new Mods
