Could you give me any info on how this can be done?

We once again would like to backup the forum and I would like to know how this can be done =]

I noticed someone else asking for the same thing elsewhere to which this was your reply.

Personally, I think thats a load of rubbish as I could have the information for the database extracted within 5 minutes with the magic of PHPMYADMIN which you must have since all the forums need to be installed onto databases. =]
