Does allowing HTML just mean instead of having to write [?]#[/?] you can also write it <?>#</?> or does it mean you can use html codes?
I wanted to try a scrolling marquee and also center the text, but neither code works. |

means you can use html codes.
like <b> <i> <strong>
I am not sure if they allow all html tags, but I think they do.

you got to add it your self. (in the admin CP) Admin CP>General Admin>Configuration>Allow HTML>Yes>Allowed HTML tags>b,i,u,pre>add b,i,u,s,a,pre,marquee,blink,hr,p,font,span,img,bgcolor>submit. NOTE if marquee doesn't work put in like this MAERQUEE than.

I cant get the bgcolor to work.
you enter it <bgcolor=black>text</bgcolor> right?
font dont work either 
what does, blink, pre, hr & span do? |

<bgcolor="black"> might work. but if you want html sizes ect you might want to add size or fontsize in there.
