I don't think so, becuase you can download these images at phpbb and phpbbhacks for the rank images.

Yes. first host the image you want, Host it at www.imageshack.us, copy the URL and paste it in where the normal link goes.

Can anyone tell me then if I want to use the hearts, how do I put one of those under the user of the person. And then how does it increase when they have done a certain amount of posts?

When I try to add a new rank to my forum it always shows up as an X:
Is there a way I can get this to work? BTW I just copied and pasted a code from the first post and I guess the code doesn't work.
Edit: I used the dl_ranks2 and i copied the codes exactly but they don't work.
