Any advice appreciated, I would like to know if I can back up my database, if I can't can you advise the best solution on this. I would be willing to pay a reasonable cost for back up if you can help at all.

Can't offer backups. I have no system to do it.

So if you don't have any system to do it can you recommend how I go about it. I know there are all different types of php forums so I really do need some guidance here, some help would be appreciated.
Could you advise what I would need to do, I need to be successful in this and I need to be pointed in the right direction.

I don't offer backups at all and you can't make them.
