but the MBs remains the same

How can i add MBs to my site ?

Really depends if they are large topics. I am not sure how it really is caculated. I think it probably is just overall database size not sure if it includes other factors.

deleting old stuff that you don't need on your web site will lower your space, IE if you make a topic and 3 weeks later you delete it, that space that topic took up will be gone.
