Q. Arcade MOD Error
A. Make a topic in the Support Forum tell what the error says using the Code BBCode, also leaving your forum's URL. IE.

Code:

[ code] "ERROR" Forum's URL [ /code] {with out spaces}

Q. Forum Back Up
A. PM EasyPHPBB requesting a back up for your forum. Leave your Forum's URL.
NOTE: EasyPHPBB may not give you, your forum's back-up. Do not PM Nightmare for a back up.

Q. It says my Forum is offline, but I didn't disable the Forum.
A. PM EasyPHPBB about this. Your forum could of broke the TOS (Terms of Service).

Q. The language pack I want to use isn't there.
A. EasyPHPBB took off all language packs from Hosted EasyPHPBB Forums.

Q. I got an HTML Code that I want to add to my forum. Can you install it/how can I install it?
A. You cannot install any MODs to your forums template but you can install an HTML code/BBCode in the description in your forum under a Forum Category.

Q. Why does it say no website allowed during registration?
A. It says you cannot input a website in/on your profile information because the EasyPHPBB Support Forum kept on getting spammed by advertisers. They will put the site they were promoting in there spam posts, profiles and signature. So EasyPHPBB made it so EasyPHPBB Forum Hosting unable to add websites in your profile.
